A baby sitting co-op is a great way to get some help whenever you need it AND it is free! The first step is to get some one to be in charge. Next, pull a group of ladies together who are all willing to take a weekly babysitting "shift". The person in charge distributes tickets which are used as currency; one ticket per child per half hour of babysitting. Tickets are important because they ensure that you do equal parts babysitting to dropping off so no one feels taken advantage of.
